Mr. Alberto (DJ) DeJesús is the Golden Gopher Battalion Recruiting Operations Officer. Mr. DeJesús came to the Department of Military Science from the University of Minnesota Air Force ROTC, where he was the Executive Officer & Admin Assistant. 

He has served in every Light Infantry duty position, from Riflemen to Platoon Sergeant. His last active-duty assignment was with the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse Army ROTC, where he served as the Senior Military Instructor and Commandant of Cadets. 

DJ also served as a Field Recruiter, Station Commander, and Field First Sergeant for the Minneapolis Recruiting Battalion. He has participated in multiple peacekeeping and combat deployments.
