CPT Kellima Thompson is a native of Spartanburg, South Carolina. She began her military career in the United States Army in 2011 as an Officer Candidate and attended Basic Combat Training at Fort Jackson, SC. In 2012, she was commissioned into the Quartermaster Corps through Federal Officer Candidate School at Fort Benning, GA. CPT Thompson graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management (Summa Cum Laude) from South Carolina State University. She earned a Master’s in Business Administration in Healthcare Management from Columbia Southern University. CPT Thompson’s previous assignments include Adjutant, Platoon Leader, Executive Officer, Supply and Services Chief, Operational Contract Support Branch Chief, and Support Operations Contingency Planner. Her most recent assignment was as Company Commander for USAG Casey Headquarters and Headquarters Company at Camp Casey, South Korea. CPT Thompson’s passion is giving back to her community by volunteering. She is a recipient of the Military Outstanding Voluntary Service Medal and the Presidential Volunteer Service Award due to her unwavering support and contributions to the community.
