Steven Kutz was commissioned into the active-duty Army from Eastern Illinois University ROTC in 2013, graduating with degrees in Political Science and German. His active duty positions in the military included Battalion Human Resources Officer, Government Contract Officer Representative, General’s Aide, and Company Commander, among others. He transitioned to the Army Reserves in 2019 and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration and Masters of Public Policy graduate degree at the University of Minnesota.
